This one is made all from white flour–choose this if you are not used to eating wheat flour.
This one is made from half wheat and half white flour–choose this if you would like to make a slow change to healthier bread
Choose this recipe if you have access to WHITE whole wheat flour. Check your local grocery store for this. It is AS healthy as wheat bread but tastes like white flour.
