This is something I have been meaning to try and finally did it. My children love these.
Take a banana and cut it in half, stick a popsicle stick into it and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and freeze solid. Will take a while, overnight would be best.
Melt some melting chocolate and dip your frozen banana into it, sprinkle with peanuts—do it quickly as it sets up fast. 
Store in a covered plastic container
