My good friend Danielle, makes this meal every Sunday for her family. It is easy to throw together in the crockpot in the morning before church and when you get home you have a delicious tasting meal.
- 2 cups shredded chicken–cooked
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 T taco seasoning
- (I add about 1/2 cup potato flakes to make it a bit thicker)
Add all the ingredients into your crockpot and heat on low until dinner time.
When you are ready to eat—-make your haystack.
