Place your dish in the freezer until frozen. Then you are going to melt your can of chocolate frosting, just a tad so that it spreads easily. If you have a microwave I assume you can do this in a few seconds. I do not have one so I placed mine in a glass bowl with some water and set it in the oven at 350 for about 5 minutes. I stirred it to make sure it was a good consistency.
Then I poured it over top of my almost frozen cracker dessert.Spread it carefully. Then refrigerat it overnight. You can also put in the freezer and serve it that way, we like both ways.
For the recipe you will need:
- about 1 pkg of graham crackers
- 2 pkg of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups of milk
- 1-8oz container of cool whip
- 1 container of chocolate frosting.
