chimichangas

In skillet cook:

  • 2.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 c salsa
  • 1 sm onion
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

 

We fried corn tortillas and served them like a taco:)  Yummy
