Chili topped baked potatoes
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 -16 oz can of pinto beans, drained
1 -14.5 can diced tomatoes
1 -10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 envelope ranch style dressing mix
2 cups water
4 large baking potatoes, cooked with skins on.
toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, bag bacon, sour cream, ranch, green onions, etc
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet. When completely cooked, stir in Pinto beans, tomatoes, ranch powder, and water. Bring to a boil and then turn down, simmer 20 minutes.
