Once you start making your own chicken nuggets, you will never go back to the processed store kind.  These are made with real chicken breast and you can make a huge batch up in a matter of minutes, freeze your extras and have some quick fix meals in the freezer ready for those busy nights.

You will need the following to make this:

  • 5 cups corn flakes, crushed or put in food processor till slightly smaller
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut up into bite sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 large eggs, beaten

Assemble these on different plates.

On plate 1 put crushed corn flakes, parmesan cheese, salt, onion, garlic, and pepper and mix with your hand.

On plate/bowl 2 beat your eggs into

On plate 3 put the flour

Then go assembly line and take your chicken coat in flour, dip in egg, and coat in corn flakes.

Place on a cookie sheet and freeze for later or cook 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
