Chicken etti
1 -8oz pkg spaghetti cooked and drained
1 T butter or oil for sautéing
½ c chopped onion
1/3 c chopped green pepper
1/3 c diced celery
2 T chicken bouillon dissolved in 1 cup hot water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c diced cooked chicken
¼ tsp pepper
1 c processed American cheese, cubed
In large pot sauté onion, green pepper, and celery in 1 T of butter or oil until tender. Add all the other ingredients except the spaghetti and mix thoroughly. Cook about 3 minutes over low heat. Add spaghetti and combine thoroughly. Serve with a vegetable.
