cheeseburger soup

For this soup, we brown a one pound package of ground beef.  I then like to add bacon bits to it.  Dice up potatoes and  place in same pot and cover with about 2 inches of water.  Add chicken bouillon to flavor.  Boil and cook until tender.  I then add cheese–either 2 cups of nacho cheese, or cheese powder depending upon what I have.  You can use onions and salt and pepper to flavor as well.  I like to thicken with mashed potato flakes.
