blueberry scones


In a mixing bowl combine 2 cups of flour, 1 T baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 T sugar and mix together. Cut in 5 T of unsalted butter.  Make it to be like coarse crumbs when finished.  Then mix in 1 cup of heavy cream and finally 1 cup of blueberries.

Knead the dough very carefully, if sticky add some flour.  Roll out into a circle and cut into squares and then triangles.


Place on a cookie sheet and brush on some whipping cream.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.img_20161202_123504

Serve and keep leftovers in a covered container.  Yummy and delicious.
