artichoke dip

  • 2-14 oz cans of artichokes, drained(water packed not oil)
  • 8 ounces of Parmesan/Romano cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Place all in food processor and pulse a few times until well combined.  Put into an oven proof dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.  Serve with crackers or small pieces of bread.
